It is a Reflective Dog Collar in Cherry made as a Martingale Collar with a sewn in ID Tag. 

This Collar pretty much covers every base!

Our dog Gilkey has been wearing one of these collars in Aqua/Lime for some time now and it is a favorite collar. What I love about the collar that we are shipping out is the cherry color!

Martingale Collars

At Agatha & Louise we offer three types of Martingale Collars.

First of all, what is a Martingale Collar?

Martingale Collars are best known to owners of breeds like Greyhounds.  

The basic Martingale Collar features a slip loop that causes the collar to tighten around the dog's neck when pulled.  For breeds like Greyhounds this is important because their heads are small and this ensures that the collar does not slip off.  For other breeds the martingale offers an increased amount of control.

The first style we offer The Martingale Collar by Preston, shown at the top, is a traditional martingale made in New England.  These Martingale collars are available in all of our Preston Collar ribbon designs in both 3/4" and 1 1/4" widths.  

The second style is the same as the first, but features a Martingale Loop as well as a Side Release Clip.  Offering all the same functions as a traditional martingale, this design also has a side release clip for easy removal. 

The third style are made here in Maine.  These Martingale Collars feature a fully lined "Cuddleskin" which is a thick, fleece-backed satin which fully encases the webbing.  This makes the collar soft and smooth on your dog's neck.  Our Maine Made Collars are available in 1", 1 1/2" and 2" widths depending on the ribbon design.

Orange and Navy Chevron Dog Waste Bag Dispenser

LOVE this NEW Dog Waste Dispenser in Chevron Orange and Navy !!

Our Collection of Fabric Dog Waste Bag Dispensers are designed and Made in Maine. 

They have a metal snap hook which you can click onto a leash or belt buckle so you always have a poop bag at the ready!!

The bag has a zipper on the front to easily add rolls of poop bags and the back has a metal grommet hole for easy access to bags. 

I have used my Fabric Dog Waste Bag Dispenser every walk since the day I got it.  I may add this new one to my collection because I love the fabric so much!!!

NEW Made in Maine Dog Collars

We love that all of our Dog Collars are made in the USA right here in New England.  

One of our favorite collections is designed and made right her in Maine.  

Recently this collar maker decided to change the metal rings on their collars to solid brass.  This is to ensure that the metal will not rust or corrode no matter how many dips in the sea your dog takes. 

We took the collars off our website while they were being upgraded and we are now so excited to get them back up on the website!!  

We are even more excited about the new ribbon designs!

There are 10 new designs and they are all bright and fun and totally New England!!

These collars are available in a 1" width and have matching 6' leashes available in the same 1" width with an Old English Brass finished bolt snap hook.

These NEW Mudproof Martingale Collars are made from oilcloth like fabric with a sturdy protective film laminated to the face of the fabric. 

This keeps the water out and the mud off making these collars the perfect thing for Spring!!

These sturdy collars are available in the Martingale style which allows for great control and comfort for both dog and dog walker.

NEW Martingale Collars

We have just added five GORGEOUS new martingale collars to our collection of Made in Maine Martingale Collars! 

The first two collars are made from an absolutely beautiful ,one of a kind, Amy Butler print.  Available in either Blue Brocade, or Pink Brocade, these collars are 2" wide. 

Next up is this rich 1.5" tangerine and turquoise Jacquard Bukhara Collar.  So pretty!!

Our Flight of Fancy Collar features an Anna Marie Horner print that has a fuchsia background and showcases a gorgeous moth pattern.  This is also a 1.5" collar. 

Finally, the 1.5" Royal Harlequin Collar features a bold purple harlequin print that is bright and fun. 

All of these new collars are gorgeous and completely unique!

NEW Dog Walker Key Fob Designs

We have just added 8 new ribbon designs to our Dog Walker Key Fob Collection.  

Our Dog Walker Key Fobs were designed by a Maine dog collar designer who realized it would be great to use a mini martingale collar as a key fob! 

Essentially, the Martingale Design allows you to put the key fob over your hand and then it tightens comfortably around you wrist for hands free ease.

I have been using my Dog Walker Key Fob since last summer and LOVE it!  It is the perfect design for taking your dog for a walk or bringing groceries in from the car and then unlocking the front door.
